Yes, you are banned, and you know exactly the reason for it, as I have seen the chat exchange between you and our moderator.

Reason for ban: "Racism / 2days / read rules at pandahut.net/rp".

You should have gotten a permanent ban. We reduced it to two weeks. Next one will be permanent, no questions asked.
