Can we have a rule added that you can only tell someone not to wiggle three times before you are allowed to shoot them.
(When the person is tied up in handcuffs or zip-ties.)
I feel this would stop hostages from claiming KOS.

If you actually abducted them and they are your hostage (ziptied), RP is initiated from that moment on, so killing them would never result in a KOS.
