Panda hut is "RP" yet 80% of the server is bandit and or RCMP/cop, that doesn't sound RP to me, It is basically a PVP server with certain rules and limits at this point because of the fact that the kid bandit/cop have so many abilities that other RP bases roles don't have, we need to nerf cop/bandit abilities and increase the RP bases role abilities to try to balance it out as a 50/50 pvp/rp base instead of 80% PVP, 20% RP.
I personally think removing some abilities from bandits and cops will help out A LOT, and then improve the RP based roles.
I cannot take 100% credit for this idea, My good friend Storm gave me the idea, i just took it a step further. Please consider this Josh/rag/Queenie

What would be the point in having no life if you don't get online during nighttime? Plus, as Stan said, timezones r le different. People aren't considered cowards just because they did an offline raid, they're actually pretty smart because A:

You said they're cowardly because they don't wanna deal with the owner of the base. Get a rocket launcher.

B: They're smart because they have to deal with less trouble. Y'know, less kills, more explosions.
