I stole this idea from Eric Prince.

On the teamspeak, like how we have on the discord, there should be a permanent room called "RP Help Desk" that any player can join. Moderators would then either hang out there or see people there and deal with situations. It could have a max capacity of 2 so that only the mod and player could join, and anyone else could be kicked prior to the mod joining if need be.

My idea was to make say 3 rooms like this:
Support Room 1
Support Room 2
Support Room 3

Then a Support Waiting Room in which people wait in then we have Staff go in the Support Rooms and pull people in so we don't use the standard Staff Rooms as they are where Staff are meant to chill. The Support Rooms are like the Staff Rooms, only Staff can join them but then they pull them in so they are not used incorrect.

Anyway this is my idea, +1 to Brocks Idea!
