It said something about my authentication when I join 10 so I tried to uninstall and install now it says something about a dll from battleye and now I can't even install. Help.

Hey,

When Unturned had the Battle eye update (no/less hackers), when launching the game you must have clicked "Launch without Battle eye". In order for you to be able to join our servers you must re-install unturned. When download is complete you must press "Launch with Battle eye. This should fix it.
