I think being able to privately store your cars would take the fun out of raiding and stealing ppl's hella expensive cars. If we were to add this idea, I would have to say you'd have to pay a certain amount every hour or so for each car you store. Pay rate varies on size/economy price.

Ex: Blue Offroader, costs 285 bamboo.
10 bamboo per hour.
Desert APC, costs about 1k bamboo.
30 bamboo per hour
You get the gist.
