I know what your thinking just by looking at the title "Oh pandahut should always have new mods" Well that is true to a point, I have noticed some moderators are becoming corrupt in some ways/do no view situation to their fullest power, We should put a current hiring freeze on moderators, it is almost to the point where there is 1/3 of the server is staff, sometimes I do see that, also I know some of you might think too "Well bread why are you making this post if your a bad mod (I am saying this because some people say it about me), but I don't think I am a bad mod, but aside from that we should freeze hiring mods for 1 month and see who the real staff is that try hard to help pandahut and then maybe hire more, thanks, maybe you admins will review this, thanks ~Bread. P.S. Thank you for allowing me the chance to be staff, I will fulfill that to my application promise and help people!!!!

Roleplay only just recently had another Trial promotion wave and promotions. We have not gone through demotions yet and will be looking into removing a load of inactive and will be speaking to a lot of staff that have a number of reports on them.

Roleplay staff come and go so fast that we need as many staff as possible.

With all the problems having maybe one or two mods on may be hard to handle if they have three or more sits.

We need RP staff, I don't think there is too many.

We're most likely going to go through about 30 applications and, they come and go, that's why we've got so many applications, and they'll keep doing so.
Staff are always going to be either demoted or promoted till they reach the last rank,

have to say thats not true with this to much staff I'm on 13 right now having a hard time dealing with all the players problems. i went to 10 to ask for help which there were like 4 mods on not including me to check. asked for help and yet noone came I've been alone on 13 the only moderator for 2 hrs dealing with 3 to 5 problems at a time

As Ben said RP mods come and go too easily which means that with a lot of promotions there is also demotions which usually keeps it at a stable amount.
