So, basically, someone gave me a Shadowstalker MK.II on PandaHut#4. I can only use this on one other server, none of the others. (I only play on Washington PVP servers). I would love for someone to come up with an answer for this, thank you for your time!

There are different vaults for PvP and KitPvP, is it possible that the other said Washington servers are KitPvP?
