for some reason I can't join Pandahut 10 with one of my accounts and I'd like to know why, pls

Could you give more of an explanation as to what actually is happening? As in are you banned? Is it just stuck on the loading screen? Etc.

it keeps stuck on the loading screen until i get disconnected ("this server lost your connection") it started to happen since the last server restart

1. Does this happen on a) all unturned servers b) all pandahut servers or c) only pandahut 10?
2. How old is this account?

I was having your problem as well but I never got the "this server lost your connection" message (probably because I would alt +f4 cause I'm too impatient) I just had to restart steam and all that stuff and eventually it worked
