Admins or mods please give for grace for players, if it's one then a kick second ban for whatever time etc

What? If I'm not mistaken you can receive around 2-4 warnings before receiving any kicks/bans.
If you go over that anymore than it's entirely your fault for breaking the rules unless it's a clear mistake by the staff member.

4th warning is a kick
5th is a 1 hour ban
And so..

All of my kicks or bans have been due to either a mod or admin not following the rules or I was doing something really bad, although I have not. If it could be made clear to other admins or mods please do so. If not forget this post.
