Really depends what city, in real life, they do place police places, and police stations will be needed but no need to go all out, you should have a big police group.

I believe in a stronger Police Force. I believe in a new candidate. We need a change. Everyone loves #10, it's great! We have a phenominal police force on #10 and #13 has a really weak one. When I try to help out as SWAT with my buddy we always get outnumbered. We need to support Khar! We need a new Police HQ! I believe in change! Do you?
