Would interfere with the process the server has, new people would come on and they would be trying to talk to people and they wouldn't be able to due to chat being separated, we don't want to lose people we want as many players as possible, and we want the players to enjoy their stay.

Set the spawn location into a built structure with signs detailing commands and links relating to the forums and how RP works. Each sign could have a link showing the website for the rules, other signs show how to pick a role and such. Once they have done that there will have to be a way of leaving this location. This will also disregard the ban times for "new players" as they would have had to read all of the signs and rules which means ban times for players will be ye normal times set.

I put some signs up to show new players how pick roles and the basics of pandahut RP such as the rules page and how to call for a mod on discord and teamspeak and what to type. I can
have a chat whenever with you guys to set up the safezone and spawn spot there if you would like

I have also banned new players for longer if the log from the server after KOSing. I generally only give out shorter bans when they forget simple things such as /rob assist etc

it would seem wierd in my opnion and i wouldn't like it but it would help Mods such as me filter the help and the koses. but it will also annoying new players in the server. So what you can do is explain it in the Login Messages Plugin and make sure its clear and vived. Saying for example. To get help please use /adminhelp to advertise please youse /advertise or use area/group chat for any other communication.

You can use commands on any chat (even group chat)

But is the cost always the same or does it change depending on how long is it. Also i want to know if this is only for 1 time or is there any way to pay a certain ammount of money for the ad to show in chat idk like every 5 minutes. Actually i thinked about it a lot. Player will only have acces to what the ad will say? Because it would be good if they can customize their ads like select the color and select if they want it to show in world chat every certain ammount of minutes and how many times
