Make a note at the beggining of the guide clarifying that cops don't have to warn before arresting someone for something as it is a pain hsving yourself in a modsit because the kid started screaming FAILRP because you never told him to license a stoopid maplestrike
I think giving warnings to license your gun before arresting them is pretty bs; but if it's like a cobra or a krzya then I would probobly give a warning.

But warnings are the only way I don't lose the up to 5 unlicensed weapons I carry on me. Heres something that happened to me: Cop car tells me to stop, I stop. Both cops come out, initiate /checkplayer command, find 6 unlicensed. "Sir thats 10 minutes jail time for 6 unlicensed" Me: Whats a license ( ) Them: oh he's new. Me: wants to ask what a weapon is but that might be pushing my luck. Them: Alright sir we'll have to let you off with a warning this time, cause your new. See? No-one was hurt, and the police officers are none the wiser. Kind of hard to act new with my -120 rep now, but eh.
Jk agree with cereal on this one: Unless it's a kit weapon, warnings should be forgotten.

It ha happened to me that i arrest a guy and he just stares at me (sometimes not) and proceed with the arrest and he says "he you have to give warning" and logs off or tpa's away or calls a mod to get away with it and it's annoying that they just poop on you roleplay
Usually I give warnings before arresting as I usually call for backup during that time. There are some bitchy people like that though as they want ya guns
