I have already my a fully functional training package in my own group.
I am a former Police Commissioner on 7 RP communities in Arma 3. If you want our police force to be trained you need something else first.
But if you want this for the whole police force we need to change a lot of stuff.
I have a interview document, where police leaders (chief, deputy, cpt.) interview the applicant applying for the RCMP group.
And i have a training document, where a leader (chief, deputy, cpt.) where my high ranks in my group train the new RCMP so they can do all the things i can do as a RCMP Deputy (tips and tricks)
So if you want a public police academy we need to change 3 things:
1.New RCMP officers, should be changed to whitelisted. If not = no-one would use the academy except when they are told.
2.We should have a new role called "commissioner" to control the higher rank police officers, and control which of the ranks (chief, deputy and captain) that interviews and trains new officers. The commissioner should be a experienced officer who accepts RCMP applications, and be the highest rank in the force. (the mayor should NOT accept RCMP apps)
Deputies should interview the new applicants
When the applicants have applied, the commissioner will accepted/deny them. If they get accepted then the Deputy will interview the applicant, on a planned meeting.
