I have already my a fully functional training package in my own group.
I am a former Police Commissioner on 7 RP communities in Arma 3. If you want our police force to be trained you need something else first.

But if you want this for the whole police force we need to change a lot of stuff.
I have a interview document, where police leaders (chief, deputy, cpt.) interview the applicant applying for the RCMP group.
And i have a training document, where a leader (chief, deputy, cpt.) where my high ranks in my group train the new RCMP so they can do all the things i can do as a RCMP Deputy (tips and tricks)

So if you want a public police academy we need to change 3 things:
1.New RCMP officers, should be changed to whitelisted. If not = no-one would use the academy except when they are told.

2.We should have a new role called "commissioner" to control the higher rank police officers, and control which of the ranks (chief, deputy and captain) that interviews and trains new officers. The commissioner should be a experienced officer who accepts RCMP applications, and be the highest rank in the force. (the mayor should NOT accept RCMP apps)

Deputies should interview the new applicants
When the applicants have applied, the commissioner will accepted/deny them. If they get accepted then the Deputy will interview the applicant, on a planned meeting.

T-Moist, Police from all groups are allowed to train if they would like to, but they would have to join the academy group if they would like to train, they are allowed to switch in and out of it.

Cleanse if you prove to me and other higher up police ranks if you are a good officer than you are allowed to skip it, but I recommend this academy for you to become a better officer in general.

I think every officer should be in the PEPD. Like honestly there's no point in having differnt police groups. The academy thing is nice though and I can understand players switching groups when it's teaching time.

This is cool, would really boost the concept of RP for the RCMP. Like the idea of Ranking system.

Sort of talked to my captains about this before the idea was officially an idea, I think you should ask the mayors opinion
