Because of the repeated inability of contact@pandahut.net, I am forced to create a forum post about it:
With the recent machine switch, many people, including myself, have lost items. From what I can remember I lost around 410,000 in bamboo, and about 12 grenades, some military drums, a ghillie suit, and a bunch of military knives. I am no longer able to use the kits 20kxp and kit nykorev. The rank I lost was the MVP rank. Thank you very much for your time.
