Someone in the rp server suggested to have a murderer role, so I thought lets make a psychopath
Items:
i.Clothing
White shirt
Pants(Trouser or Corduroy)
ii.Weapons
Colt/Ace
2 Magazines of the preferred weapon
Knife (Butcher,Kitchen or Swiss)
iii.Misc.
1-3 Rags(Admin's choice)

What the role may do:
It cannot raid nor rob.
Pick from these 2

1)The psycho can kill anyone(20 minute cooldown) that is 300 meters away
If he/she wishes to kill. They should say (Name) will die! (or something like that)
during this duration, Police are allowed to arrest the psychopath on contact. All players are allowed to kill him at an engage distance of 50 meters maximum.
2) The psycho can kill anyone within an area (radius of 2 buildings) but must be within that radius. When the psycho wishes to do this the psycho must say in voice and area chat "Gonna get you all in (Name of location)"
Within this, the players can defend themselves by killing the psycho.Non-psychos killing other non-psychos is a kos even with the announcement of the psycho, this means that only the psycho, is their target, not anyone else.

Hope you guys think about this role and add it to the game
Probably could be used for vip+ and above I guess

Edit: does not need to be arrested by the police, but can.

I don't know how people will know who the psychopath is, he could pretty easily change clothes, sit on top of a building with a muzzle flash and kill everyone without people realizing? and with the bit about saying their name in chat is pretty much the hitman.

People would know as I stated that the psychopath would have to type in chat (showing his Identity) and with a 300 range distance minimum so people would still have a chance to realize what they are aimed at, its true that he could change clothes but what if we can tweak that he would have to say his general position (e.g. Seattle Crane, Shelton Farm House (The building/spot he/she is on))

And the psycho can kill only 1 person at alternative 1 so the psycho cant kill everyone without them noticing as he can only kill 1. At alternative 2, he cant hide at another building as he has to be within the 2 block radius I have stated within the post. That means he cant be on top of a building sniping those on lowground but has to be the distance of what 2 building plates can go a far from. Its like the hitman but the psycho can kill anyone without being hired, well cause he's a psycho.
I gave 2 alternatives so that the people can choose between these options, 20 minute cooldown each, being that able to kill 1 person but has an engage distance of 300 meters or 2 block radius where he can kill anyone within that area. being that he is inside.

The psycho himself is not allowed to exit the radius zone unless everyone is killed
and if alternative 1 is chosen if the psycho kills the wrong person, that is kos, that means the psycho has to know the identity of his target.during this state the psycho is killable by all players at an engage distance of 50 meters maximum. to add balance.

Also the clothes are just to limit the power the psycho has, limiting the space.Again, this is based of a free murderer with the aspect of a hitman.

People would know as I stated that the psychopath would have to type in chat (showing his Identity) - The hitman also has to say who his target is, showing the target who is after him.
With the bit where they have to say the spot where they are, that means everyone within that area will just instantly look to the spot and shoot him, and his target? does his loot just become neutral for everyone to take cause with that I could see the person playing as the Psycho getting annoyed that they're taking it all.
Can other people also walk into the radius to protect the Psychos target? or do they have to stay out

His target's loot is his for the taking.If he kills the target, people beside the dead target cannot kill the psycho as the kill is already done.And yes, At alternative 2,people can walk in the radius to kill the psycho but can also be killed. At alternative 1 everyone can kill the psycho at the 50 meter engage distance(maximum)When the psycho would state the place he is in, He is given a 1 minute grace period to change position.

-100000000 Look what i think is like these, people will fuck everything, you are getting arrested and you die? okay you come back and kill him because you a psyco, when many people is together for example because there is a shop or that moments that lots of people get together for X reason, psyco start his killing spree and done, he i full of shit, really i dont like the idea

I like this idea. I am a fan of horror movies. Maybe we could do a role pairing idea. The Psychopath is the only role allowed to help in a kidnapping. Maybe the Psychopath can Kidnap. I could see the names being changed from Hostage to kidnapped. How about we refer to this person as the 'Victim' instead of as hostage. The Psychopath has to type in chat (World Chat) when he/she catches someone. Maybe we could make this go a bit deeper. The Psychopath has to convince the player to go with them to a base or structure. It may be a rule that the Psychopath has to let the Victim know what is happening and Seduce them into the Psychopaths lair. This role could work but it needs to be fleshed out much better. I do like the sound of this.

If this role is set up, the Psychopath can only kill civilians and can only kill them when secure in his/her base. This will remove the KOS element.
