Well it might be just because the server is full, which pvp servers did you encounter the issue on?

Problem has accured on multiple severs for me, nothing is wrong on pandahuts side, most likely sever is full or something has interfered with your unturned.

This happens to me all the time I just press cancel and go to the tutorial and then leave right after i join it and go to the server and it works for me
