They can a ristricted plugin which is already available in rocket that restricts people form picking up certain items. They could have it as only police/swat/chief/deptuy can carry it. It really easy you just need to add the id of the item. I used to have this plugin in my server.

Already had all charges tweaked and rag added them, this is a good new law in my opinion

Stan I don't think you get it. You should read what rydolla said up there ^^^ giving swat access to that would be a terrible idea. Players could just switch roles buy them then switch back and raid with there charges.

Cereal we can just make it like the campfires. Only SWAT and captain can have them and if another role tries to pick them up it says your role doesn't have the ability to have this item

First that would be kinda dumb and pointless since everyone should be able to pick up the same things. Second there is no way in hell I would feel safe next to some random ass swat from that point. Also swats could be corrupt.

Swat and captains having them while deputy and chief don't doesent make sense, as chief and deputys are a higher rank than swat.
