Why does it have to have a cooldown between killing people?? I've gone hitman recently and you have to wait 30minutes to kill another person who has a hit on them? Bandits and Kidnappers only have a 15minute cooldown. I feel hitman should have a 5 minute cooldown due to the fact 1) Not so many people RP as it.

Bandits and Kidnappers are shorter because it does garentee a person getting killed.

I agree it is horrible, frankly the biggest issue is not that their are that many hits. Its during the cooldown any schmoe with a hit on them can come over and shoot you in the head, and their is little you can do about it. A 5 minute timer would make it a much more fair playing field. Or in the very least 15 since that is the timeout on being arrested for Murdering a Hit

+1 to many times have a died due to the person having a hit killing me while im in the middle of the cooldown to collect hits

I do believe it should be shorter. However, 5 minutes seems too short. Realistically speaking here, a real life hitman would kill someone and then disappear for a while. We don't want hitman to become a cash farming role, and lose its realistic characteristics.
