You cannot just become a cop in real life!? But everyone can become bandits and rob each other.

I know this! Ive been a commissioner 8 times, and the police pandahut fucking sucks. Iam NOT talking about the officers. Iam talking about the system! /role rcmp & how we are getting promoted.

POLICE OFFICERS ARE NOT GETTING BACKUP. THE MAYOR IS NOT GETTING HELP WHILE KIDNAPPED.
But why? Because their is NO leadership. We are having ZERO documents of registred police officers. We are having ZERO officers who have completed a basic police interview/training.
The Pandahut roleplay are having NO government. We only have a bunch of players who can turn on a siren and call themself police. But they are basically just all groups like the bandits, just with authority to arrest people.

WE NEED A ACTUAL LEADERSHIP
- Central leadership! Not the mayors, they are political, not a policeman. We need 2-4 guys in the top to control the nationalpolice of both RP servers.
- We need a chief of PEI, and Washington who is the leader of each department. Then their boss is the guys in the top, the national police.
-We need application/whitelisted cops.
-We need a simple training program, and this can easily BE MADE! TRUST ME this works everywhere else.

All the guys that is saying cops only want fun and to be corrupt can go to shit. The Police should NEVER be corrupt. Thats why we need this system, so everyone has something to loose. And to fight for!

Klock is right. The police role right now is just being used for fun, and about 90% of the people aren't serious about it. Whitelisting the role will require people to apply and make a serious commitment to becoming an officer. And as an answer to those who say "then people won't try for the role", then it's their fault. If they want to be a policeman bad enough, then they'll apply. If they're just being police officers for fun currently with no commitment, then there is no point in keeping them as police officers. If we can form a strong police force of dedicated officers and a solid structure, then we won't necessarily need strength in numbers as much. As long as the officers stay dedicated and perform their duties correctly, then the crime rates will begin to decline.

I mean like. For example. You go police. Then you want a break (like 2 days). So you change role to for example: Chef. Then you want to be police again. But no. You need to apply and wait. Then you are stuck with a role you don't really want for how long? 1day? 1 week?
