If there was a raid and you were a Rcmp/Swat what would you do?I would strategically hide myself and when the right time comes i strike and kill em.
What would you do if you saw a player get kidnapped? I will do /rescue and stop the kidnapper by either killing him or giving the ransom to release the kidnapped person (99% I would want to kill them)
What would you do if someone was being robbed? Il look for the robber if they are not around me and talk to the victim finding out their location and stopping the robber by killing him no questions asked

Do you work well in a team? 100% Its like how i cooperate with teams in RP 80% its a win.
Why do you want to join the SES? Because I would like to help people in need when they are in danger and stop the robber, kidnapper,raider,corrupt player with any method i can do thats legal. Players should make a change and actually start helping and not doing corrupt things, I would like to try that and many more.

Why do you want to join the SES? I run a major real estate contractor on 13 and hate having to deal with so many raided bases. Since this group appears to help inforce laws and stop raids, I would want to be a part of it.
