as for building, i suggest you improve upon the existing homeless shelter. When i last saw it, it was in ruin.

I will consider making this, but no promises now and in my campaign. This seems to be very expensive, and seems to get raided a lot! So this might damage the money of the Mayor's office more than it will give to the homeless. I will begin planning a big plan of selling cheap houses with loads of security soon!

I suggest to add a judge office to house all the judges (8 per server according to rag). That would be cool, and I wont have to be homeless anymore :3
