Bank Robbery - Suggestion
I think this new way of earning money for criminals would be totally awesome, and this will really needing some planning.
Location: Bank of Alberton (where the vaults are located)
Benefits of this suggestion:
1.Criminals will need to plan their strategies.
2.Police will have new and fun challenges.
3.New way of earning money for bandits.
4.This will "buff" criminals like Renard wants so bad
. This will buff their way of earning money
The bad thing about this:
Players with In-Game ranks such as vip and mvp ranks cannot use the vaults for 10 minutes (until its over)
How it should works
Criminal roles (Bandit, Hitman, DrugLords,) is able to do this. When they walk inside the bank they are able to do
/bankrobbery
Criminal friends are able to do /bankrobbery assist [name]
But this is ONLY possible to do inside the bank region, like the license shop, is the only region where you can buy licenses.
This bankrobbery will be like a raidzone. The bandit(s) doing the bank-robbery can kill anyone in the bank-robbery zone, and the police can kill all persons inside the bank (but hostages cannot be killed by Police, but mistakes can happen.)
So basically the police has to barricade the bank with police-fence (maybe even block off the road) - and all civilians who run into the bank and are Fearing RP'ing can be killed cause they have no intent to roleplat while a bank robbery is happening. So criminals that called the bank robbery/police can kill civilians running into the bank while its going on.

World Chat Annoncement: Federix02 has declared an bank robbery, all Police MUST respond - Countdown 10 minutes has begun until the vault is broken up!
Police arrive on scene, barricade the road and the bank with police fences. All civilians (like a raidzone) can be killed, unless they are an hostage in the bank robbery.
Criminals needs to stay in the bank robbery region, to get the money for 10 minutes. Police has a long time of tactic planning and to arrange a deal. Be aware of when the 10 minutes countdown is up Federix02 will receive his money if he hasn't left the bank-robbery zone or hasen't got killed. Police is NOT able to kill you when the countdown is up, but they are still allowed to arrest the bank robber but NO WAY of getting the money that got stolen back.
When the bank-robbery timer is up the Criminal Federix02 cannot be killed on sight of Police, and can only be arrested. Police / Criminals cannot comeback to the bank-robbery if killed, or rejoin the heist. All criminals involved in the heist can be arrested, and seized guns for illegal use of weapons in a crime.
So basically criminals has a timer of 10 minutes, to keep out cops.
If bankrobber Federix02 successes to keep cops out/fail to respond/kill them all - he will get a payment of 5000 bamboo. Now the bank robbery command should be having a cooldown on 5 hours before anyone can do it again.
Every criminal role, who called the heist / assisted will have their own timer. When 10 minutes is over a annoncement in word chat will happen.
-Their should there be a cap on the amount of players that can take part! I suggest maximum of 5 criminal roles roles taking part of this, and they must be within the bank-region to call it/assist it. Criminals should have a maximum of 10/15 seconds to call the assist command, if failed they cannot join the bank robbery.
The bankrobber and the criminal that assists the bank robbery still have diffrents timers. The guy who called the bank robbery will get his money first. Example: Federix02 called the bank robbery [10:00:07 pm] and Klockmann assisted it [10:00:07 pm] this means Klockmann's will be able to be killed by law enforcement and waiting in 7 seconds more until his timer is up after the Federix02's timer.
The Cooldown
The cooldown of a bank heist should be 5 hours for EVERYONE. This means if Federix02 call the command NOBODY can do this in the next 5 hours.
But this command shouldn't be able to do when no cops are online/or one cop.
Bank Robbery with hostages???
This will be a feature for kidnappers only. They can take a kidnap a hostage/robbing the bank at the same time. This will be hard to police to breach the building and kill the criminal without risking the hostage's life. [all kidnapper rules apply, same with the /rescue]
