A bank located somewhere else would also be more feasible because of the damage that might be done to the furniture.(signs and windows need to be repaired after every heist)
Also surviving 10 minutes inside a bank is pretty hard.Like what if one of the police members throws in a grenade for example.(yeah, i know explosives are illegal and police should be following the laws)Taking hostages can solve this though.
I really like the idea overall I think some combat within roleplay rules might make the bloodthirsty ones satisfied and less inclined to police bait and KOS.
