Hard to do, since someone else might go ahead and pick up what you dropped. Not only that but people can avoid those areas. And what is to say the cops will not be abusive and take/plant items from the player they searched giving them reason to arrest the civilian.

They don't all have to be manned. We could put one on all the Seattle entrances. I woul be willing to build them.

We could also make rooms to do the searches in to avoid others taking stuff. They could be made as part of the police group

If your willing to build them, go ahead! So long as they don't block off the entire road and if not manned cars can pass on both sides of the road
