so why not call in the Military police

Military police:
can call Martial Law under "Kidnapping situations","Hits situations"

Martial Law: Entering a Restricted Area the MP's can ask the player to leave the Restricted Area given 3 warning if still not
complying the MP can be arrested if the player goes hostile can be KOS Only MP,SWAT, Police Chief,Police Deputy Chief,
Police Captain can only Enter the Restricted Area have to advert Martial Law in world chat to be active

is higher then SWAT

can carry military knife legally
