You can make this gun to where only a certian role can use it, so that other roles cant even fire it. This will prevent people from taking these and trolling with them.

Now I dont know if you know but if your robbing someone if they run you can shoot. But during a arrest you are not allowed to shoot you have to chase so say they have a car//better running//close by base you cant shoot them you have to chase so this is to help cops do that now the range is not going to be more than 8-15 feet you cant shoot someone for more that across the road basically almost like the auto shotgun's range no more that across the street. because if your shooting people with this like 2 buildings down kinda thing that would be op not just a usual tazer range like stated above. So with this range and some tweaking of the idea it is not op if you look at how easy it is fore crims to get away

No the point is not stop them from running they get uncuffed just the cuffing part is so they don't shoot while tazed just when your run from a rob you can be killed when you run from arrest you can't get shot make sense so this is to help 1 catch them and let cops get closer and more likely to catch them and if someone pulls a gun helps not shoot them in the face then they loose all there gear. I mean if you were a cop you would understand
