Police (and general public) Have:
/checkplayer
Can check a player for illegal items (SWAT+)
Can come back to a raid infinitely
No arrest Cooldown And only other bandits can help bandits, no other groups can be saved
/ticket
Can fly vehicles others can't without trouble (mayor pick)
Can Destroy any vehicles in a town (with warning, understandable)
/raid (captains only)
/kill (being made) By Khaos's idea would make evil not be able to shoot first and all police would be a hitman (no pay)
/pr (can talk to ANY officer)

Evil roles (bandits/hitman/kidnapper)
/kidnap (no cooldown)[Hardly do you see these]
/hit *2000+* (hardly used, only by in group members to drive the roleplay of hitman) [Every 30min and can be killed on CD]
/rob (ANYONE can kill the bandit and/or squad) [15min cooldown]
/raid (was moved to 1 hour way back because it was deemed 30min was OP) You don't see many raids like you did way back
Raiding was cut down, and although it helped please, raiding would also clear lag due to bases being wiped after.
Claiming raided bases was removed.
One life for raiders.

Put this into perspective, all these commands. Police can literally do everything to make sure no one is illegal. Khaosius
puts forth good ideas, but they buff the police force into a role that is already OP as it is. You can XRAY vision into someons
pockets and see anything illegal they have without reason. You can check the guns they carry without having them equipped
and see Everything inside that is to be taken and trashed.
You can supply tickets that would cause players to lose some more bamboo.
Police destroy the bamboo of players, this is without /kill.

The only major evil role you see is Bandit. You say it's more like real life where people "fear the cops" but gangs don't hesitate
Bandits don't hesitate and they don't wait for cops to make the first move. Police plan just as much as bandits.
The one life rule should be implemented as well for this reason, Gangs would plan to send a little squad in, and hold back some
in case police did arrive. Police have /pr and can communicate to ANY officer in the server bandits can't speak in private
unless they have a group seperate. Police carry no cooldown on any of their punishments that they carry out. The argument I see most
is "it's more life like when the criminals fear the police" If the server was based on a real life RP then wouldn't no one have cooldowns?
The base of it is that police have been buffed enough that they've been carried out and are now the Biggest role on #10
They carry the most power and simply stop anything that goes on, they can communicate for counter-raids in /pr and everything
they have 2 minutes of a fair warning to plan and gather a team ready to break a raid.

As it is, the ONLY role that can group resist, is bandit. This hardly happens and most of the time arrests go the way the police hope for
The player either forfeits, or they die.

With this being said let's bring the Mayor side too. The mayor of #10 (Reek/Rage) had set laws in to also help out and buff
police out even more. No one can fly military craft except police. Limiting the skies and putting EVERYONE at a risk for simply flying.
In real life everyone needs a flight lesson to fly. Therefore, the arguement of "fear the police" is kind of invalid in the perspective it's being used.

With all this is mind and the details here, let's look at the police force now.
The police force has since then taken over with both new commands to basically spoil the part of crime stopping that EVERY in real life police department carries
Detective work. They don't work or investigate suspicous activity and follow or spy to work things out. they just walk up, use a command, and see the illegal stuff
and instantly have their work done. The population doesn't get to plan for an arrest, but every other role that has a command announces a world warning that gives the police
time to plan and prepare. (the exception being rob) People on the hitlist can get police cover and when/if he gets killed the police
can instantly arrest him for murder.

All in all, The police should be lessened and maybe carry a new role "Detective" which carries commands that help look into suspicious activity
instead of having the police who can simply walk up and find any reason to arrest you. The mayor is always sided with the police and creates laws
where the bandits follow.

Buffing the police won't fix the balance of bandits over Cops. It'll just give the cops more reasons to arrest and an easier role play
to keep gear that they don't want to lose. Removing a lot of these "Xray type" plug-ins where cops can simply find anything they want
and players can somehow know who the hitman is with /checkrole is OP. A detective would make the RP experience more "life like" and actually carry the real life feel
players use to argue for adding more Loopholes for the police.

Police should always be more overpowered than the citizens.
Before peace, comes chaos. Police is so bad on both servers anyways cause of no introduction to the role. These tools to police is simply a must-have to balance it. Criminals can easily outnumber some police-officers.

I disagree with nerfing police, simply just making it worse than it allready is.
Police must be organised (which has never been a thing, on Pandahut) and they must be overpowered, due to the fact that criminals will simply fuck them up, if they were balanced equal.
Police must follow chain-of-command and laws, criminals do not.

I completely agree with Burnt. Police have quite a bit of power but I think that it is at about a reasonable level. Several things could be added to the criminal roles to give them a bit of an edge without taking power away from the police. The gap between the criminals and the police right is a bit too high at the moment.

I think we should allow all criminal roles to aid their same class in arrest. For example, bandits can help bandits, kidnappers can help kidnappers, and drug lords can help drug lords. In real life, if the cops killed one kidnapper, wouldn't the other ones jump in and help?

I like some of the suggestions that Khaos has put forward and would like this issue to be seriously looked into by the higher ups :) There is an issue here, but it can be fixed.
