Sure, to you Waffle's actions are a little overboard, but admin disrespect earns you a minimum of a kick. I am surprised you would say so much about it. You knew Waffle was young, you knew he could be slightly vulnerable to bullying, yet you persisted to get a reaction out of him. Yet somehow, with what I just said, I am supposed to be on your side? Your entire report was written without the correct format and to spite somebody you do not like. So basically you just told us Waffle is a bad moderator for reacting to people being rude, yet you are rude and expect everybody to raise you up like a saint and do as you say. The funny part is how confident you sounded in this post, as if you had a blunt, crooked hat, sunglasses, a bag of doritos, and 2 liter bottle of Mtn Dew. Just so you know, the most important part of manipulation is getting your facts straight. if you are going to try and take advantage of something, do it right, don't admit minor wrong and act disrespectful. The moderator's are a tight knit group of friends who all socialize with each other and actively help each other out. it is going to take more than a confident and brash attitude to turn them against one of their own. They need evidence, and an actual problem. As far as I am concerned, Waffle did nothing wrong and you are the salty moron. Thanks and have a great day.

His age was already known in his application. He proved in his App he was mature enough for the position of Mod. Probably was put on the trail basis like most new Mods. Either way, what went down sounds like Waffle was doing his job by kicking disrespectful people. It's against the rules to disrespect anyone on these servers. They're lucky they just got kicked rather than a ban.

Personally if someone continued to disrespect me after being asked to stop (a warning) I would then ban them for a short amount of time as they are unnessecarily spamming chat and being disrespectful towards a mod. This takes time to deal with which could better be used helping other players that actually merit attention.
