Okay so the server has a lot of roles but it still seems really restricted in some areas to what you can do for RP for example you cant make your own business in certain areas or have people working for you so i have thought up some ideas to make the server more open to other roles and stuff without them being added.
So m first idea is a-
Manger
So this role would be one of two things
A. applied for
B. a donor role
-This role allows people to do what they want eg if they want to be a leader of a business that is not a role they just add it too there in-game name for example if i wanted to be the manager of a hotel i would do /role manager -> leave -> set my character name to [Hotel] wolf. then when i join the game my name would show as [Manager] [Hotel] Wolf. so in away it allows different traits of work into the game but to stop stupid job names and business coming into the game to make a business you would have too make a appeal saying what business you want to make and stuff like that and then a mod/admin would accept it :D
My next role is
Worker
This role is for everyone
It works with the manager role so the manager gets his business approved then he goes and hires some workers they just select the role then add the name of the business.
