I'm not deceiving anyone, nor anything. As mayor you shape the laws and create legal structures that make a basis to police of what can be illegal and what is legal. Based on that perspective to induce a balance between farmer, a drug lord can work with a farmer who then can raise and plant in the open should be allowed to grow berries. Berries are grown throughout the map and many people enjoy making them and shaping them into pies. Pies are good for you. Why should pies be illegal simply cause they contain berries. That's like saying you shouldn't be allowed to eat carrot cake Bc cakes are banned. People would die without carrot cake.

I agree that their is the need of a revision of these laws(it's in my manifesto), however berries are sold on the black market and are used to fund criminals.

Building a wall will make more lag, and people who will construct the toll bridge will be paid very decently, thus improving their economy.

it will never be achieved. Bandits want to do everything the cops are against. This is against the nature of role play. Where, and when did I ever say I would make guns legal and help the bandits? I didn't, I said I would merge the state and create equality. We don't want another mayor who tries to focus and aid the police. It never works. Have you ever seen a good mayor? The good mayors were the ones who didn't go police only. The ones who helped everyone with shelter and support.
You're simply attacking me and trying to put words in my mouth that I've never said. We can't trust a mayor like you, generic and overused.
I'm offering something new and you refuse to acknowledge it and try to say it's bad. I said I'd legalize one thing, berries. And I brought up why and how it would work.
