1-4 Rank Requirements
Rank 1, (Recruit) Training, must have a rank 3 or above patrol with you in a police car, if no rank 3's are available you may go out and patrol on your own taking your own possible chances of being kidnapped.
Rank 2, (Recruit) Training, must have a rank 3 or above patrol with you in a police car, if no rank 3's are available you may go out and patrol on your own taking your own possible chances of being kidnapped, able to tell rank 1's what to do accordingly, (only police duties, if caught using them wrongly you'll be fired)
Rank 3, (Police Officer) Permission to patrol in a police car alone, in charge of helping train lower ranking officers that are in need of assistance and training, 1-2 recruits must ride with rank 3+ if they're available to do so.
Rank 4, (Police Officer) Permission to patrol in a police car alone, in charge of helping train lower ranking officers that are in need of assistance and training, 1-2 recruits must ride with rank 3+ if they're available to do so, has abilities to tell lower ranks to do things.
