I propose an amendment to the already existing building law which i have consulted citizens about. These laws will aim at reducing lag as well as improve the economy of players.
Buildings that exceed 4*4 will be declared illegal & admins will have permission to wreck them.
Buildings that exceed 2 stories will also be declared illegal & admins will have permission to wreck the stories that exceed this limit.
In Game Buildings :
These buildings have been taken over by the Mayor's office. They are available to purchase at a cheap cost. Shops may also be licensed by Mayor Duke to prove their authenticity & for a small fee of €500BB insurance may be paid to cover any damages.
Shops which are licensed by Mayor Duke may apply for special funding to help the business start out.
Houses which are not licensed by the Mayor's office will not be entitled to benefits & the owners will be asked to license them.
These changes are radical in thought however they are necessary. I seek the popular approval of the citizens to implement these laws that will both reduce lag & improve the economy of the common citizen.

You can't 'restrict' players free-build. We will always be allowed to build as big as we want. Maybe within 300m of Alberton you must make it 4by4 and 2 stories but outside it can be as big as you want.

-1 I like these rules but it does not promote much spread out rp as it would make it so it would be practically impossible to make large buildings outside of alberton. This would make the server lag more when you are around alberton. This also makes it so that we cannot make hotels / apartments which will make it so that it will be harder for new players to find a place to live.
