The only thing with that though is that there will be a lot more deaths and it will be harder to survive. With this it will make it hard to keep gear and make it hard for your character to stay alive.
Idk this is just my opinion, maybe it's not the best considering I like never play Yukon but there you go

Just wondering why Yukon and not PEI or some modded map? Yukon imo does not have enough role play content to be viable. Arma 3 I can picture but seems like something in the long run. CS:GO I don't even understand what type of community server it would be, Minecraft seems possible but I still think the community has to grow as a whole in order to expand to other games because by moving and creating another association to Panda Hut aside from Unturned seems like a gamble for Miku and Mushy because if it does not get the recognition and activity it needs than it would just be a waste. For the rest that you listed I still think the community has to grow and expand as well as adapt to game changes in order to expand as a gaming community to other frontiers.

Also, DayZ wouldn't be bad, and I would like Rust to come back, Minecraft:NO ABSOLUTELY NOT, Arma 3 would be decent, but one game that would be good; Trove would be pretty sick in my opinion

I have a great roleplay server idea! Maybe you can add a new prison roleplay server with a custom map. I can always create a prison map. I hope this will be added ;)
