Is there a list of mods and plugins that the RP servers use? If so, what are they? I wish to see what they are.

and plugins that the RP servers use?

Most of the plugins are custom to the server. If so I recommend you check out https://rocketmod.net/ for plugins for PVP & RP servers combined
