Then make your OWN GROUPS and don't involve PH in it. Bandits by default are unorganized. It'd be crazy to make them all one big group.

That is a really good idea , in real life , there is gangs , if u dont wanna make the organized bandit group , why dont u make separate roles for each gang? like Syndicate role and strazzi role that needs to apply on forums 2 join.

They are unorganised? there the same with police instead of applying for higher ranks, we make em ourselves, I am a mob boss on 13, I have a consigliere, a underboss, a capo (crew leader), a bunch of soldiers, and associates! I keep it as organised as I can!

I actually really like this idea, strazzi are here for a very long time and doing well and syndicate seem to be doing well, this would be a great idea and has my +1
