So basically I think we should have a region which contains of signs that says all the rules. We can either make it the point of where every player starts to spawn. Therefore they can take their time to read the rules and make sure they know it.

Also to prevent lessening the ban time of other players.

On a PvE server i play on for exploration ect, the admins and owner set up a small pmace called "Crossville." it consists of crates for new players to get gear that people dont want or need. It also contains a summary of the rules and commands.

We could also have a list of various spots such as where to access vaults and get gun licenses.


But for the idea originally posted +1.
