This seems like it would make the servers more PvP inclined then more RP inclined. Also this would make going around the no raiding base within a certain time rule easy to get around, as you could raid it wait for someone that knows about your raid to get off then /requestraid on it. Obviously you'd get caught eventually with logs and excrete.

I already do the /raid request but under the table lol. Also, rob request is kinda the point of hitman.

The 1hour cooldown on raids will stay the same. Plus lets imagine that i am a loner with no friend and want to raid a base and don't wanna raid it alone/die. so what do i do, do i just let it pass or do i let change role and die because i raid alone. This will not be abused nor worked around. And this will not make the server more pvp as its making it more realistic like real life. I am a real estate person i hire a bandit to go raid a base for me and comes back and i pay him. This will benfit the raid and make a bandits life a little more lazy.
