Combine these two ideas and I'd like this.... but sudath has a point. How about if the carban becomes active in like 2 minutes? E.G. Soap has banned T-Moist from entering cars for 5 Minutes! Reason: CDM of 5 pigs. Ban will be valid in 2 minutes! That way its more realistic, meaning you can drive away after the cdm of the pigs, but that doesn't mean you go unpunished, as you will get carbanned eventually.

Why not? I've seen peeps running people over on purpose and stuff and the staff say "they were on the road their fault" when the person driving is purposely trying to hit them. I think this would be useful as well for people who can't drive in a straight line and/or safely :D.
