We essentially already do this.
Often, when someone has rdm'd or kos'd another player we, as moderators and admins, will kill them right before banning them.
As for the loot they drop on death, this would be shared out between the people they had unfairly killed.

Tublo is exactly correct, when someone has KOS'd or something similar, the person that did it usually killed before they get banned and most everyone knows what happened.

Maybe it could be cool to the kidnappers, when the hostage tried to escape or something they tell him stop put him in a public place and kill him right at the front of anyone
