After the recent incident with seeing RP admins and mods treating a little kid who may have been disrespectful in the beginning, calling him autistic and making fun of him not being able to read. When the RP admins should be mature enough to deal with the situation instead of LAUGHING ALONG, im sorry but server 13 staff makeup needs to be fucking fixed. Staff SHOULD NOT be aloud to make fun of a player just because they pissed him off. If the player was disrespecting staff, DEAL WITH IT IN A FUCKING MATURE WAY, but nope, they make fun of the kid by saying he is autistic and for him not being able to read. I'm sorry but, who gives YOU the right to fucking make fun of a kid to where he cries and doesn't want to play on the server anymore. THAT is completely and totally UNACCEPTABLE! George should not have admin. He thinks he is above others because of his position. He is extremely disrespectful, to staff and players, and should not have what power he does. I feel he is not mature and respectful enough to be admin. Bannedhammer sits there and lets him do what ever the fuck he wants. Mushy and Miku, you need to fix the staff on this server. I feel that if you don't, S13 will not last to much longer.

I agree with some of these points. But first, hearing about this sickens me, if it is true, which it sounds like it is as knight seems to have confirmed it. I can't believe this.. But then I can.

What Juan says about George controlling banned, from what I have seen is true. George seems to have banned on a leash. George denied someone's staff application because he was new to staff and didn't handle a situation correctly when there was no mods on and he was trying his best but he never was given how to handle mod situations or anything besides the ban times, the player was given temp trial but after that he was denied, not just removed from temp. George didn't talk to banned at all and just denied the application. After talking to banned, he said he disagreed with Georges actions but just left it, he didn't speak up.

Banned is a fabulous head admin, but he is being pulled around by George and it needs to stop.

I have much more to say, but I'm going to save it for the staff meeting I'm sure we will have.

One last thing, 13 is falling. Miku and mushy, it needs to be saved but I'm my opinion the only way for this to happen is a clean slate, wipe all the staff roles and have people re apply, but be much much more strict, as in global mod strictness where it takes around a month.

I am confused as to what I confirmed? Everyone is under the assumption that this kid was upset as a result of him being insulted which is COMPLETELY FALSE! He has been banned for CDM baiting and was upset because I refused to refund him after he laid under a car and was killed when the driver started driving away and killed him and then claimed CDM. He was never insulted or made fun of in the Teamspeak or in game, whether Juan misunderstood or was misinformed, Chewy/ProSniper Josh was not insulted or made fun of while he was in the Teamspeak.

Even in HIS staff report he says you guys turned his friend against him and made HIM cry, that's just sick. . .

Again, as I stated in the report, I did not say anything. And even today he said that exact thing to me in game and I said "Who was your friend?" and he replied with "I forgot" leaving absolutely no credibility with his accusations. Again, as I have stated for about the 5th time tonight, he is upset because I WOULD NOT REFUND HIM FOR DYING AS A RESULT OF CDM BAITING. He should have been banned but I decided to leave him with a warning instead.

We are looking into this. Thank you all so much for your help. There wont be any changes right away as we don't really have any evidence just claims but we will be watching. As you know we don't tolerate discriminatory remarks like that and we will demote all staff proven guilty in this incident

Update: Tublo has also been globally banned from all our servers due to excessive harassment towards both players and staff members. All my sincere apologies to the actions given by this user and also from our ex-admin "George", as you all know we do not condone harassment and no matter the position of the staff member we will take actions upon the person and make sure we give you guys a enjoyable experience in our community. I want to also take some time and thank Juan for going forward and letting us know about this incident, without you we would still have players going around and getting unfairly harassed by the staff members that were banned. We'd like to also take opportunity of this and give out an example to people that harassment / disrespecting will get you punished no matter what your rank is, so please be respectful and make a nice environment for our users, thank you.
