The experience I have had with modded RP server is that the RP towns freeze your game when you enter then you unfreeze like 5 seconds later and run smoothly, but my frame rates drop

I run through major places like that to remove vehicles and other things that are causing lag, before I destroy a vehicle or something on the road I take a SCREENSHOT of it, when those get removed some of the lag will drop but not alot.

Umm reading your post gave me an idea!!
The Police can use the Tow truck which I gave in recommendation and they can use it to tow illegally park or abandoned cars from the road and take it to a scrap yard(Parking area) like impounding them if no one comes in an hour to collect them we can destroy them in the scrap yard. It's Give a Newer idea of using Impounding.

I think small roleplay enhancing mods would be ok, but nothing too crazy like more guns or pirate ships. Pirate ships wouldn't fit in with the roleplay and we have enough guns in unturned. But i definitely support small roleplay enhancing mods like tazers, SWAT uniforms, etc...
