1. The search thing yes if he refuses and for RP reasons u should have to go to a Captain and get a warrant to raid. u know this Jordan.

I know this but I suggest to be able if he refuse to cooperate ONLY if he refuse, to be able to police raid the place without waiting for a warrant from a police captain.
It's just a suggestion you guys will decide if you like it or not
But I get your point of rp reason too
