To be honest I think the ranking system is perfect the way that it is. I do like the swat force idea though.

The ranking system is not perfect. People are leaving all the time! Think about it.... The captain, deputies, chiefs, normal officers for some months ago... Think about it! You are a old player i guess Cereal... You must have known some very good cops... But most of them are gone... Where are they all now? Most of them have left.
- Fact: Iam not making a whole new ranksystem. The old chiefs, captains and chief will still be there. I am only adding Central leadership, and are adding real DUTIES to the leaders, so they just don't go inactive after getting elected to their higher rank.

There is NO leadership. There is NO communication. There is NO direction for the police.
IF this new system gets approved and is gonna be tested, their will be 2 mayors, 2 commissioners and 2 sheriffs to lead the police. They are gonna do weekly meetings, with the officers and we are gonna educate officers from scratch. The votesystem will be removed (in my opinion) - BECAUSE you can be very popular but that dosen't mean you are a good high ranking policeofficer, so their should be experienced Policeleaders in the top to promote people. Just like real life.
- Pandahut needs to ask themselfs. "Do we want the current "fun" police? Or do we want a serious police?"

I would go for fun over serious any day. Also by perfect I meant like "Chief" "Deputy" and "Captain". Personally I don't think we need this "commissioner and sherrif" jazz and that the current ranking system is fine that it is. Everything else I agree on.

Okay! Nice to know :) Everyone having diffrent reasons and opinions, i just don't think Police should be for "fun".... I think that is more the bandit roles... The Police is a huge aspect of the Pandahut community. If a new player joins, and the police officer is poorly trained and can easy destroy a new players, first look on the roleplay server. I hope you can kinda understand what i mean.
The Police are the first represented, of the Pandahut - so i think its a too important job/role to have it unwhitelisted and for fun role.

Comon guys!!! The Police is SO DIVIDED!!! So many groups! we will never be professional/structured if we NEVER get a centreal leadership!
We need one group to rule over them all!
If not, police work will be useless, and we will poorly do a diffrent... We need central leadership, police trainers, and whitelisted cops in my opinion.

I wanna know Ragnaros and Dutchys thoughts about this suggestion.
I will literally quit my Roleplay Moderator job, to go fulltime in the policeforce. If Pandahut wants police control, we need to be united.

Applying for roles that have the authority to do certain things like arresting is needed. Take other games for example Arma 3 roleplay; some servers require a whitelisting application just to play then a PD Application, EMS Application, Lawyer/Judge Application and so on. It just makes those who get the role stay as they put effort into becoming that role.

The fact that anyone can make a police group or bandit group is really stupid, yea you have your bunch of friends but you are not the Mafia or the PD. 2 groups one for the good and one for the bad, that is all that is needed.

The other stuff I haven't cared so much about but the 2 I have mentioned are essential in my opinion.

Having a coordinated Police force is good for both those who want to play police and those who want to play bandit. In my opinion the Police force is weak and in its current state is incapable of putting up a fight against bandit crime.
