+1 it would be eaiser for police to track criminals or gans mafia ect.
+1 it would make RP more realistic and for example instead of destroying all cars that are in the way police officiers give the owner a note that he needs to pay like 120 bamboo for parking wrong. and if he doesen't move it he gets warned that it will be destroyed in 24h if he doesent move it.
+1 the problem with who is owning the car can be fixed with a command for example when they buy a car from a mechanic they get a license plate number that is randomly choosen by the server, and a command for the police to check who the owner is for example
/checkplayer "LONG LIVE COMMUNISM"
1*licensed car number: 1234
2*unlicnsed honeybadger
so u would add the car license into the ckeckplayer command.
-1 it would be hard for everyone to know what license plate is owned by.
more then that i can't see any more problems with that plz comment what u think about it.

Our rp servers are Non-moded

As Flopdup said non of our RP servers are currently modded however our administration team may be making a modded server at sometime.
Once/If the server opens you can re-make this suggestion, we appreciate you trying to help but we don't use mods right now.
