So i wanted to buy a vehicle with the command "/buy 51" (Needed an ural) and it says:"Your role does not have the ability to buy the item" Why is that? I Would want to know all Mechanic commands too please.

Gotta have the "v.". For example, "/buy v.51". Without the v, it thinks you're trying to buy an item, not a vehicle.
