My reserved slot on PH #13 isnt working. I am MVP+, and my reserved slot works on #10. Anyone know why this is?

If you recently purchased your rank, the reserved slot will not take affect until you join the server for the first time after you purchased the rank. The reserved slot will also not work if the server is 24/24. You need to wait until it is at least 23/24. It is also possible you may be banned. Please provide your Steam ID 64 so I can check if you have an active ban on PH #13. If none of the above are applicable, what is the error message you are given when you attempt to join the server?
