I think there should be a national guard role, this would be a GREAT role to have on #10 and #13. It should have ability to /arrest assist and /arrest over but not the ability to /arrest player :::: also National Guard should be able to stop raids just like the police and have ability to the kit with full desert military outfit (full Canadian military outfit on #13) with a maplestrike, and avenger with 3 magazines with for each gun, 1 MRE, and 2 Handcuffs and 1 handcuff key:::: They should have ability to buy urals,humvees,apcs,hind,annuska,and tanks (even if they are illegal)also they should be able to rescue in a kill in a kidnap situation:::and that's it, feel free to make further suggestions thanks ~Bread
