Alright so this has been suggested several times in the past however i wanna shed new light to this idea. So, like always this starts with saying i believe we should have a higher role for bandits/druglords/hitmen, because well they're all the baddies so from now on we'll call em the "Bad Guys."
Now they work in sync, Kinda like police, swat, RCMP, and the high ranking police roles, they all work in sync and against the law. the yin to the cops yang. Now i wanna spend some time on this point especially.
There are organised gangs and mafias', for instance look at AsK, PSB, 806, The Strazzi, and at one point the BlackHats. The "bad guys" are just like cops. #2 Not every cop follows the leader and not every "bad guy" rolls with a clique. not every "bad guy" has to follow the rules of the higher ups although with consequences, not necessarily like the police roles. For Example 806 deals with "bad guys" such as raiding them, its kinda like how real organised crime would work. no need for moderating they'll get their portion of the plate handed to them because of this system.
However for those more dedicated to these roles, its nice to get into it such as joining in with organised crime. I'm not saying something as in a region for an HQ.
i'm saying maybe a bandit (since its a nice base role everyone can access) with a little more permissions from the shop. such as buying things like sentries,
birch flags/signs to mark territory things like that. finally, for the conclusion i'll throw around a little name for it, something like GodFather, MasterMind, The Don, Inciter, The RingLeader. That's all. Seriously though its about time this role became a thing, it'd add A LOT of depth to the current role play.
