• Tolls must look unique. No placing a door in the middle of the road and calling it a toll.
• Tolls must be attended at all times otherwise the gate has to be open.
• Claim flags for Tolling must be out of a residential area. "people cant get homes if your claim flag blocks it."
• A person may cross if they find a way around the toll bridge. "You do not own everything around it!"
• A person cannot build near or over a toll booth for others to see they can avoid taking it.
• If a person gets through the gate without paying the toll then they can be arrested by police. They Cannot Be KOS!

I'm just curios as to who has the rights to run the toll booths? Police only? Because if a random bandit or even a farmer is building toll booths then things can get hectic.
